This "MiniGuitar", with a 22 " scale, has ziricote back and
joins the body at the 14th fret, and like all my instruments,
is reinforced with a carbon fiber truss rod, for strength
and stability.  The fingerboard has been radiused
to enhance playability and for aesthetic reasons.  Like traditional classical guitars, fingerboard markers have
been omitted, but side markers have been provided to aid in positioning.
This "Mini" has Rosewood back and sides and an Engelman Spruce top.  The binding is rosewood with
basswood purfling.  The rosette is made up of alternating bands of rosewood and maple.  The one piece,
Honduran Mahogany neck is reinforced with a carbon fiber truss rod. The fingerboard and bridge are
Madagascar Rosewood and look very similar to Brazilian Rosewood.  The scale length is 22 inches and the
neck joins the body, using a Spanish heal, at the 14th fret, with 19 frets total.  The neck is 1 7/8 inches wide
at the nut, making it slightly narrower than your typical classical guitar.  The headstock overlay
is made up of a rosewood/maple/rosewood "sandwich" and  is inlaid with an abalone "R."  Abalone side
positioning markers are provided as well  It has Waverly tuners with ebony buttons.
